Today at Kāhala Nui we held our Annual Summer Market! 🥐🧶

Each year, our residents and associates donate their talents and creations to raise funds for the Associate Appreciation Fund.

This fund recognizes our dedicated and hardworking associates (non-managers) each year with an added tip to their annual wages. This bonus can be as much as an extra paycheck and is meaningful to our team members whose excellence of care has been so meaningful to the many residents they serve.

Recently, Kāhala Nui Residents and Gold Club Members toured Palama Settlement, a nonprofit serving the Kalihi and Palama communities with programs for kids, youth, adults, and seniors 🌈

Moku o Loʻe, better known as Coconut Island, is a 28-acre island in Kāneʻohe Bay serving as a marine research facility of the Hawaiʻi Institute of Marine Biology. Our residents had the pleasure of exploring this special place. Mahalo to and the for having us!
