You don’t quit. You pivot.
You shift your mindset, adjust your expectations, and find the next best choice instead of trying to force perfection.
🥗 Maybe that means protein at every meal even if it’s snacks.
🧃 Maybe it’s hydration and movement when the gym isn’t an option.
📓 Maybe it’s just not giving up entirely until life settles.
Progress doesn’t have to be perfect.
You just have to keep going.
