🎥 Meal Prep Sunday: Round 2 of the “Jess Ordered Too Much Salmon” Challenge 🐟😂

This week’s creation: Salmon Fried Rice!
Quick, tasty, and perfect for busy weeks 💪🏾

🧂 What you’ll need:
• 8 oz salmon (Old Bay + garlic powder = 🔥)
• 3 cups of ABC (Already Been Cooked) rice
• 2 eggs
• 1½ cups frozen mixed veggies
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• Soy sauce + seasonings to taste

🔥 How to make it:
1. Pan sear & chop your salmon
2. Scramble & chop eggs
3. Heat up rice + veggies
4. Toss it all in a pan on medium-low heat for 3–5 min
5. Portion into 4–5 meal prep containers
6. Reheat when hungry & enjoy!

💡 Reheats in under 2 min. Boom—done.

* Protein Power-Up Your Meals! Make protein your best friend this weekend. Think eggs for breakfast, grilled chicken or fish for lunch, and lean protein with your dinner. Protein keeps you full, happy, and helps prevent those sugary cravings that often pop up when you’re relaxing.
* Snack Smart, Not Sorry! We all get the munchies. Spend just 15 minutes prepping some healthy, grab-and-go snacks like pre-portioned nuts, apple slices, or veggie sticks with hummus. Having these ready means you’re less likely to reach for less healthy options when hunger strikes!
* Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate! It’s easy to forget to drink enough water when you’re out and about or enjoying some weekend fun. Keep a water bottle handy and sip throughout the day.
