Pelvic floor healing asks for more than tending to the physical body...

It asks for intention. 🤍

Because fascia holds stories too -
the stress we’ve carried,
the seasons we’ve survived,
the ways our bodies learned to protect us.

When we slow down and listen gently,
healing becomes less about fixing
and more about remembering safety within ourselves. 🦋

There is something sacred about Mothers caring for Mothers 💝

Before I am a pelvic floor therapist, I am a mother and a womb carrier — and that lived experience deeply shapes the way I hold space for the women who trust me in this season.

Because healing was never meant to happen alone.
We were always meant to have a village.
And sometimes, that village begins with one mother gently reminding another:

you do not have to carry this on your own. ✨

I’m here to notice when I’ve rushed…
when I’ve tightened…
when I’ve left myself behind in the process of getting things done.

And to gently return—
to slower breaths, softer effort, and a pace that actually supports me.

This is the work too.

If you have a pelvis, PAUSE & take 30 seconds to release tension with me! 🌀

Your pelvis holds so much of your story. 🦋

I support all bodies with a pelvis—whether you’re moving through pain, disconnection, or simply feeling the call to come back home to yourself.

This is gentle, intentional work… rooted in safety, awareness, and trust.

If you’re ready to reconnect, I’m here. Book a consultation 🤍

Most women were never taught how to breathe in a way that actually supports their pelvic floor.

And that one small thing can change everything.

Your diaphragm, ribs, deep core, and pelvic floor are meant to move together with every breath.

✨ On the inhale: your ribs expand and your pelvic floor gently lengthens.
✨ On the exhale: everything recoils and supports you from the inside out.

But many of us were taught to suck in our stomachs or chest breathe, which can create unnecessary pressure through the core and pelvic floor.

Refining your breath helps:

• reduce pelvic floor tension
• improve core coordination
• support better movement patterns
• calm your nervous system

Sometimes healing doesn’t start with doing more.

Sometimes it starts with learning how to breathe again.

Save this to practice later 🤍

Pelvic tension is something so many of us carry quietly — from long days sitting, stress stored in the body, postpartum healing, or simply moving through life without pause.

Move slowly. Breathe deeply. Let your exhale be the signal to soften. 🌀

Your pelvis is not meant to grip all day.
It’s meant to respond, to flow, to feel supported.

Save this for later + share with someone who needs a gentle release today 🤍

Thank you to every person who entrusted me with their bodies and their babies this year! 🎁

It’s a special gift to support each Mama I've met at such an important part of their lives and be able to navigate the pregnancy and postpartum period with grace and ease.

When we choose to prioritize our health and heal from the inside out, we are showing our children how to love themselves and prioritize their health as they grow!

Mele Kalikimaka from our family to yours! 🎄

As a mother, wife, and community contributor I know this season can bring up real feelings of overwhelm.

May this serve as a gentle invitation to pause and TUNE IN to what your body, mind, and spirit needs to regenerate today. 🦋
