Please could any two of my Facebook friends just copy and repost to share the helpline far and wide?

Keeping sane in a pandemic:
1. If you have a job, be grateful, you have something important to do and an income.
2. If you are home, structure your day, set a time to make lunch, exercise, meditate, call friends, make dinner, binge watch a show.
3. Choose a project, small or large, something you would like to do and put it on the schedule. It gives a time a place to focus on something positive that you have control over.
4. Self-care, hydrate, eat well, move your body, watch comedy, keep a sense of humor
5. Remember this will pass, and one day this will be your story of what you did during the Great Pandemic of 2020. Make it a good story.
6. Wash your hands and don't touch your face!
