Welcome to Sholom, Kiona Rogers!

We’re proud to welcome Kiona Rogers as our new Campus Administrator at the Shaller Family Sholom East Campus in St. Paul!

Kiona brings a wealth of experience in senior care, with a background spanning dietary services, caregiving, social services, and leadership. She holds a Master’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Gerontology and is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, blending her academic expertise with a deeply personal commitment to serving older adults.

When asked what inspired her to join Sholom, Kiona shared:
“I was drawn to Sholom by the rich traditions of Jewish culture. Having been raised in a similar faith community. I deeply respect the cultural values and structure. I’m most excited about the opportunity to serve the community and contribute my skills and talents to support Sholom’s mission.”

Kiona’s leadership style is rooted in support, collaboration, and empowerment, guided by a servant-leadership philosophy. As she steps into her role, she is eager to build on Sholom East’s strong foundation—including its recent 4-star achievement—and help foster continued growth and excellence.

🧘 Fun fact: Kiona is vegan and loves practicing yoga, which helps her stay grounded and balanced.
