We are happy to welcome a new addition to our practice, Sara Thomas, MAOM, LicAc has joined Root & Branch. She is currently in the process of being credentialed so she is seeing Cash Patients only until further notice. She is available Thursday afternoons now, and in November will also be in on Tuesdays. She has already been in practice for a few years, and brings a kind and gentle energy to our group.

I'm going to be totally honest here, when I started this work I really didn't know much about the pelvic floor. Like many of us, I was aware of the muscles in my core, legs, and neck but didn't really give much thought to the "down there" muscles.
