We are celebrating the first day of Fall with our favorite drinks! πŸŽƒβ˜•οΈβ€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹If giving yourself permission to unconditionally enjoy your fave Fall drink feels hard right now, here are some
reminders that we hope are helpful!

β˜•οΈ Food and drinks are not moral! Labeling foods as good or bad can be harmful to our relationship with food and makes it harder to connect back to our body.

β˜•οΈ Drinks (and food) are more than their nutritional content! We are allowed to have a drink that brings us joy to celebrate the holiday, to spruce up the work day, or just because it tastes damn good!

β˜•οΈ You deserve to enjoy your beverages the way you want to! We are not here to shame anyone. Choosing a plant based milk or certain sweetener doesn’t mean that you are not eating intuitively or abiding by diet culture. If you choose it because you like it, then you do you!

No matter what you choose as your beverage this Fall, you have permission to consume whatever YOU like. πŸπŸ‚
