When implementing a change in one area of your life you ultimately affect other areas and without a solid plan and someone to hold you accountable it’s all easy to slip back into your old familiar routines, even if it doesn’t make you happy. Tuesday's Tip: With the holidays coming we all have so much more to do, it's easy to get overwhelmed and stressed. Look over your list and only schedule 3 - 5 of the most important things to do each day and if you accomplish them you can do some of the other things on your list. In this way you'll chip away at the list and if you run out of time you'll still feel a sense of accomplishment and feel less stress!
