If you are interested in clean products to use in your home, check out doTERRA! I have been using these products since beginning my massage business 5 years ago. I mainly used the oils, but since I was already placing a monthly order I started adding a few items here and there to meet the mark for rewards points. They add up quickly, and then you get free items with your points!

I use their laundry detergent, facial products, Deep Blue muscle rub, oils (I use Breathe religiously in my kids bedrooms at night - especially this time of year with congestion - it seriously helps a ton!), shampoo & conditioner, and supplements regularly. Hi friends, I thought I would share with you a few new things I’ve been offering.

I recently had the honor of being asked to give massages (full table massages) at a bachelorette party in Okoboji. It was SO much fun! This had me thinking back to other events I have done chair or table massages for, and thought I’d list them.

🍹bachelorette parties (chair or table)
👰🏽‍♀️the morning of your wedding (chair or table)
🤱🏼mops groups, various other organized groups (chair)
🗂️any offices/businesses/factories/warehouses (chair)
🎉any sort of event or open house (chair)

I don’t mind traveling at all, but there is usually a bit of a travel + set up fee. This is also a great bonus to provide to employees if you own/manage a business. I have seen it offered once a month in offices and warehouses. If you are interested in hiring me out to anything mentioned, please contact me! A massage is ALWAYS a good idea.☺️

Hello friends! I have been loving the last few weeks to snuggle and introduce our sweet Vivian into our lives. Buuuut now it’s time to get back to helping you all relax and unwind!

I plan to start massage again the first full week in February. The next available openings I have begin Wednesday, the 21st!

I also plan to add a 24 hour cancellation fee. You will be required to pay for your appointment if you cancel 24 hours before your appointment. This will help me to be the most efficient with my time, as people are waiting for openings and while my kiddos are away.☺️

Hey friends! My due date of December 1 is quickly approaching. I am going to start my “maternity leave” November 11th to give myself some extra time before baby and so my big belly isn’t bopping anyone while you are trying to relax.😉

My Wednesdays are fairly open and I have almost every afternoon at 1:30 available if you’d like to book before baby comes! Please FB message or text if you’d like an appointment.🙂
