Hi everyone, I hope this finds you well.

I've added a children's sleep story to my Insight Timer teacher account, along with an Introduction to Anchors guided meditation from the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) evidence-based curriculum.

Many thanks to the friends who have followed my account. I plan to keep my content free. 🙂

Upload plans for the next couple of weeks include additional children's sleep stories and MBSR meditations. Over time, I'll post additional Yoga Nidra meditations.

My teacher account is finally approved on Insight Timer. Please follow me and share. 🙏🏼 if you are not familiar with the app, Insight Timer is one I have used for years.

So far, I have one recording up…my test run…but a great Yoga Nidra guided meditation. I will be adding MBSR guided meditations and other guided meditations soon.

Also looking at putting my in-person courses and possibly mini-retreats up as well. The virtual format is great.

I’m also on SoundCloud, just have one up so far. But more is coming. That is under Blue Sky Mindfulness (still super new and learning that platform as a content creator).

The MBSR 8-week program is an evidence-based experiential program, founded by Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1979.

MBSR is a nonsectarian, scientifically researched approach that is in harmony with any faith-based tradition.

Spend too much time doomscrolling on social media?It’s easy to get lost on social media and some of us have habitual patterns surrounding social media that we’d like to interrupt or break.

I just started using this app. So far, I’m impressed enough to share it with you.

I do not get anything from sharing this. I paid for the app with my own money. They have a student discount that I was able to use for the first year.

If you have been using this app, I’d like to hear your thoughts/experiences with it.
