Dry January is ending. Lent is starting.

But let’s talk about why alcohol hits women differently.

Alcohol isn’t just “empty calories.”

For women it directly interferes with:
• hormone balance
• sleep quality
• liver detox pathways
• energy levels
• weight regulation

Because your liver can’t properly metabolize estrogen and progesterone while it’s busy breaking down alcohol.

This is why you might notice:
✨ worse PMS
✨ more fatigue
✨ stubborn weight
✨ poor sleep
✨ feeling “off” hormonally

This is the kind of root-cause education we focus on inside The Radiant Reset — rebuilding the foundations so women can feel vibrant again.

If this resonates, you can:

I don’t practice wellness the way I used to.

As a health coach and a mother, I’ve outgrown extremes —

punishing workouts, rigid rules, quick fixes, and performative “health.”

What I care about now is quieter:
• nervous system support
• hormone resilience
• sustainable energy
• long-term health

This isn’t about doing less.
It’s about doing what actually lasts.

What’s one “healthy habit” you’re quietly questioning lately?

Sharing this trend for all the single ladies out there!

Say YES to the blind date. Say yes to living in two different cities. Say yes to the uncertainty. Say yes to adventure. Say yes to love.

I’m rooting for you!! ✨🤍

As we celebrate Epiphany I cannot help but reflect on my greatest blessing in life, my family.

Do not take any moments with those you love for granted.

As the Magi followed the star to baby Jesus to share their gifts, I too want to share my appreciation for each of you who are reading this.

May God bless you this evening and throughout this year, and may the mystery of Christmas continue in your hearts

Instead of rushing into resolutions, I’m choosing reflection.

These are a few questions I’m asking myself now — and saving to revisit next year — to see what really changed in 2026✨

Growth doesn’t always come from doing more. Sometimes it comes from paying attention.

What’s one question you’re carrying into the year ahead? 🤍

Year in Review Letter 💌

I’ve been doing this annual tradition for over 20 years. It’s super simple. No fuss, no fancy paper - just free flow writing my thoughts, hopes, reflections etc from the past year.

Sometimes I do categories (work, travel, personal, etc) other years I don’t.

No rules. Make it personal and then seal without rereading. Let this be raw and 💯 your own stream of consciousness.

It feels cathartic to get it all out on paper before a new year. It is validating.

Then on 1/1 of the next year I’ll read my year in review from the previous year. It’s the greatest gift I can give myself and something I truly look forward to reading.

Did x,y,z come true? Have I evolved, am I doing the same?

You cannot measure progress without data points and I feel the same emotionally about my written word.

Do you have a similar new years practice? Share below if so, I would love to hear! 💌

Before the rush, the noise, and the expectations — pause.

Christmas isn’t about doing more or keeping up. It’s about remembering Who came to bring hope, peace, and light into the world.

In a season that encourages constant motion, stillness is an intentional choice. One that restores the nervous system, quiets the heart, and recenters what truly matters.

May you find moments of calm, presence, and quiet joy this Christmas 🎄✨

{Christmas meaning, pause during the holidays, find stillness, forest frank music}

Happy Thanksgiving 🍁🤍🦃

However you’re spending today, I hope you find a moment of calm, connection, and true nourishment.

If your mornings have been feeling heavier lately, you’re not alone.

Small things — like eating too early, cortisol misalignment, and too much screen light before sunlight — can drain more energy than most women realize.

The good news?

Your energy can feel different.

And next week, I’m sharing something to help you move into December with more energy, not less.

Stay tuned — something special is coming. ✨

Ever feel like you’re doing all the right things...
but still dealing with bloating, fatigue, or restless sleep?

Me too.
That’s why I always come back to this:

✨ The basics matter — and a few small shifts can make a big difference.

If I could go back and tell my younger self three things, it would be this:

1️⃣ Managing stress isn’t optional
2️⃣ Workouts don’t have to be intense to be effective
3️⃣ Your body isn’t broken — it’s asking for support

And sometimes, that support includes food, rest, boundaries…
and a supplement or two that helps your system reset.

💛 Two I’ve personally found helpful:

→ A gentle probiotic for bloat and gut health
→ Magnesium to calm my nervous system and help with sleep

Nothing magic — just steady, supportive habits.

If you’re curious, I’m happy to share the brands I trust.

Just comment SUPPLEMENTS or DM me, and I’ll send you the links 💌

Let’s simplify your wellness — one aligned habit at a time.

AWH suggestions for simple swaps 💫

I practice everything listed except consuming coffee. Chai lattes forever 🙌🏻

My husband is a coffee lover & I ensure his coffee beans are organic and mold free.

I am not perfect, but I am conscious of:

✔️ what I consume
✔️ where products are sourced
✔️ stress management
✔️ holistic remedies > pharmaceuticals

Are there any non-toxic swaps you are curious about? Comment below and I will share a swap🤍
