I had the absolute joy of longarming a client’s Tailored Traditions Block of the Month quilt, and I’m still smiling about it. This was the very first BOM program that our group made.

There’s something incredibly special about watching a quilt come full circle- all her hard work and careful piecing, the fabric from shirts of a departed loved one, and seeing HER face light up when she saw the finished quilt was everything.

Thank you so much for trusting me with your beautiful project and for letting me play a small part in bringing your vision to life. It was truly an honor. Here’s to many more joyful reveals. 💕

I had to get this lovely Autumn wall hanging (60x60) finished before wThanksgiving. The coming week will be busy with long arm quilting and getting projects finished before the first of November. So excited to complete my long list and get everything out the door. Then I’ll start on my Christmas projects. ❤️

As I am knocking things off my to-do list before the holidays, I’m nearly ready to longarm!! This wall hanging is about the first half or so of the “Autumn Celebration Wreath” kit I purchased from Jordan Fabrics. Then I have 4 quilts to longarm- planning to finish all of those by the end of next week, then two Christmas quilts to make and quilt, and if I can “eek” out enough time, I may just make myself a Christmas quilt.

September Block of the Month from “A Quilting Life” with Sherri and Chelsi. Is it perfect? Nope. Considering that the October block was released today, I’m going with “done is good enough for me.” I love the colors, and my first time making a basket like this. Tilda “Sanctuary” collection.
