As a former Addiction Counselor and Youth Counselor, my experience has been in “circle”, overflowing with love, the gift of deep connection with any human, and helping in the transformation process.

We’ve had a few schedule updates for our upcoming Sleep Deep Retreat on Sunday, May 24th, and we still have spots open if you’ve been thinking about joining us.

This retreat is designed for anyone feeling tired upon waking but wired, stressed or overstimulated during the day, or simply ready to reconnect with deeper rest and recovery. Throughout the day, we’ll be exploring simple, practical tools to help support better sleep and nervous system regulation, including:

• Movement + self-massage techniques to release tension and help the body unwind
• Breathwork practices to calm the mind and settle the nervous system
• Sleep hygiene support and habits that can help create more restorative rest over time
