it's important for me to remember how easily I would never have made it here without my beautiful grandmothers, perhaps today and from now on this project is for her, for them, we are women surviving severe PTSD, this whole thing is for her, for them, for us... It's been really crazy lately, transitioning from my brother's to a new home-- sooooooo much painting. I haven't spent as much time as I need to with our project. As the holidays approach this is the perfect time to launch our first program, Project Delta, free arts & crafts supplies. We're going to teach people to bead, wanting to help make the holidays a bit easier in my immediate community.

I save these memes that have helped me in small ways that altogether, give me courage to face a world that isn't kind to aging women-- it sucks, each day I find something new that's a wrinkle, or spot or gained weight, and I lose my confidence all the time. I keep sharing these with you hoping in a small way, I can hold your hand on the days that seem impossible 🙂

Going into the holidays is the toughest time of year for so many, so I just want you to know you are loved by this little weirdo 😀😊🥰💖💝

Alternative resources for women navigating PTSD and trauma recovery; loss of a child but not limited to...

Our first resource program is utilizing art therapy, I have found that this therapy works, and it is a commonly underutilized option. We're finding and distributing free arts and crafts materials/supplies starting with Jewelry, because these are our first donations...

Our first project is called "Project Delta," I have well over 40,000 beads I'll be finding homes for, and we are going to teach people how to bead. We'll learn a new skill that can potentially provide additional income, and provide many other benefits. We are releasing these in my direct community, in Delta, Colorado.
