HealthyClimb is owned and operated by Jason C Fanguy, LPC, NCC. I am a licensed professional counselor and a nationally certified counselor experienced in providing therapy services to a wide array of populations for many presenting concerns/issues. I graduated with my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nicholls State University and am currently a Ph.D. student, going into my

third year at Northcentral University, enrolled in the Health Psychology doctorate program. I incorporate basic and advanced tenets of wellness, coping, behavioral nutrition, and behavior change into the counseling process, facilitating the life-changing and transformative process that empowers clients on their journey to better mental and physical health and, thus, a better quality of life. Also a retired police officer, I use my experience in law enforcement to assist today’s first responders in assessing, evaluating, and treating anxiety and PTSD while educating and advocating for all populations to break current stigmas associated with mental health, especially substance abuse and PTSD. In addition, I advocate for equal rights and healthier living for all, and all populations are safe with me.
