Adrenal Cocktail = Mom Fuel

Because let’s be real… coffee isn’t cutting it anymore.

Here’s my go-to mix when I’m feeling drained (every afternoon):

💧Coconut water
💧A splash of citrus or cherry juice (Vitamin C for the win)
💧Cream of tartar (potassium magic)
💧Pinch of quality salt (electrolyte boost)
💧Coconut milk for that good fat & to increase absorption

Supports your adrenals, helps with hydration, & bonus — so great for milk supply. I still drink this a year postpartum if I need a boost.

✨Let's talk breastmilk!✨

Your body makes EXACTLY what your baby needs at the time. The enzymes in baby's saliva transfers during a feeding to tell your body what they need, how cool is that!!!

The milk on the left is when baby was 5 days old, the one of the right is 9 days later. You can see that baby needed more fat by the rich yellow almost orange color. That is still colostrum as baby still had lots of growing to do! Your body will make whatever your baby needs to help them thrive.
