If its quality is tremendous then there is no harm in buying something expensive. Fruit sellers also take advantage of the same mentality of the customer and also lime you premium quality and abroad.

Be it apple or orange, you will see stickers from mall to rahdi-patri on every fruit. People prefer to buy such fruit, but 99 out of 100 people will not know its real purpose. As we mentioned most people consider it premium quality and imported fruit, but today we clear your confusion. Actually, these stickers have nothing to do with the export-import nor the price of fruits, but it is directly related to your health. How, let's know about the detail from the Expert.

If you have a 4 digit sticker...
If you see a 4 digit sticker on apple or orange, be careful before buying it. The numbers written on these stickers also start with 4 points, like 4026 or 4987 etc. I.e. stickers have four points and starting at 4, so fruits are produced by insecticides and chemicals. These numbers indicate the quality of fruits. These fruits may get you some cheaper, but benefit less and harm your health.
If the number is in 5 digits, then what is the meaning
You might have noticed that some fruit stickers have numbers written in 5 digits. These numbers start at 8. As numbers like 84131 or 86532 etc are written, it means such fruits are genetically modified. That means these fruits are not natural, but lab grown. They cost more than chemicals and pesticides. If such fruits give some benefits to health, then they also have some loss.

Now let us tell you what kind of stickers are on best quality fruit. The number of numbers on such stickers are only 5, but they start from 9. Like 93435 etc anything can happen. This means these fruits are grown organic without chemicals and pesticides. Apparently they will cost more than the rest, but the question of health is such fruits are the best quality.

The jungle jalebi tree is a medium sized evergreen fruit tree. Its fruit is called jungle jalebi because of its curved and shaped jalebi. Its flowers are white-green and a little fragrant. The beans are also green to red or pink and thin. Jungle Jalebi also has medicinal properties and is very beneficial for health. This is a species of pea plant. Its fruit is white and after ripe it becomes red. It is known by many names such as Ganga Tamarind, Vilayati Tamarind and Sweet Tamarind. As it's Mental Health Awareness week, I thought I'd share my Top 3 Tips for maintaining your mental health and staying happy throughout turbulent times. 😊

I believe companies should always support their employees through difficult times and not to tell them to "leave your personal issues at home and focus on work only when you come to the office" which is what one of my former colleagues was told by their manager at a company I used to work at.

Home and work life will always affect every aspect of ones life, in my personal opinion. Unless you put on a mask or are in the fawn phase of a trauma response. In which case, there will be pain in your eyes and you'll loose your spark, which I've experienced and still see friends like this today, denying their true feelings and burying everything under their emotional carpet in life.

Bottling up your emotions like this doesn't bode well for anyone's health as I think you'll internalise the pain and it'll then affect your physical health.

cLEAN YOUR KIDNEY IN LESS THAN P20 (I CARE FOR ALL OF US)

Years pass by and our kidneys are filtering the blood by removing salt, poison and any unwanted entering our body. With time, the salt accumulates and this needs to undergo cleaning treatments and how are we going to overcome this?
It is very easy, first take a bunch of parsley and a bunch of green coriander(cilantro)(MALLI Leaves)and wash it clean
Then cut it in small pieces and put it in a pot and pour clean water and boil it for ten minutes and let it cool down and then filter it and pour in a clean bottle and keep it inside refrigerator to cool.
Drink one glass daily and you will notice all salt and other accumulated poison coming out of your kidney by urination also you will be able to notice the difference which you never felt before.
Parsley is known as best cleaning treatment for kidneys and it is natural!

This is a personal struggle for my family and is a very important subject. Certainly, in the most difficult moments of life, you realize who are true friends or people who really appreciate you. Unfortunately, some friends will click "like" but they don't really take time to read your status if they see it's long. I have decided to publish this message to make people aware of the horrific byproducts of DIABETES. The disease ruins your cardiovascular and renal systems... And the drugs, like metformin, that are prescribed, may encourage the onset of dementia. Now I'm looking for those who will have time to read this post to the end. Diabetes is very invasive and destructive to our body, even after treatment, and medications, your body is still struggling with itself trying to regulate the spiking/dropping of blood sugar levels all the time... It's a very long process.
