Embody Joy Collective is raising money in support of families recently impacted by the hurricanes Helene and Milton.

We invite you to kick up your heels, raise hope and raise funds for the American Red Cross Disaster Recovery!

Three ways to participate:
~ Join the fun in person for lively, mindful movement and yoga, Saturday, Oct. 19, at St. Stephens United Methodist Church, 2003 West 43rd Street, Houston, TX. Participation is free! From 2 PM- 3:30 PM. Donate online or with cash.

~ Catch us via Facebook live in our private group EJC Nia Class.
