In honor of National Breastfeeding Month, she reminds us that while breastfeeding has many benefits, including burning up to 500 calories a day, mom’s mental health always comes first. We know that caring for a newborn can be incredibly challenging, and every mom’s journey with feeding is unique and deserves understanding and support.
