Your allergy symptoms are not the problem. They are the signal.

- Sneezing
- itchy eyes
- skin reactions
- congestion
- fatigue after exposure

These are not random. They are your immune system communicating that something deeper is driving an overreaction:
- a burdened detox system

Antihistamines quiet the signal. They do not address what is causing the alarm to go off in the first place.

When we work at the root cause level, two things I consistently reach for to support the immune system while we do the deeper work:

Glutathione. Your body's master antioxidant it reduces oxidative stress, supports your liver and detox pathways, calms systemic inflammation, and gives your immune system the cellular protection it needs to stop reacting so aggressively to its environment. When your detox burden is high, your immune system is overloaded. Glutathione helps lift that burden.

Thymosin Alpha-1, TA-1. Think of this as a trainer for your immune system. It does not suppress immune function or simply quiet the reaction. It helps your immune system respond more intelligently, distinguishing between what is actually a threat and what is not. And seriously… Tirzepatide + BPC-157 / TB-500 started it all for me.

What started as curiosity about peptide therapy turned into one of the biggest health pivots of my life.

I had already optimized gut heath, hormones, drainage and detox pathways, and diet and I was still struggling.

In just the first phase I experienced:
