A Personal Challenge to Propel Forward – Join Me!
One thing you should know about me is that I absolutely love a good challenge. But sometimes, the internal drive just isn’t enough. There’s something incredibly powerful about having even just one person to check in with, someone who can offer a bit of feedback or hold you accountable. That small sense of accountability can make a world of difference and turn a personal goal into a shared victory.
We’re now more than halfway through the year, and I don’t know about you, but I’ve got some big goals still waiting to be realized. I know they’re achievable, but not in isolation. That’s why I’m excited to announce a 6-week challenge designed to get us hyper-focused, strategically aligned, and executing effectively.
Here’s the plan:
1. Join a Supportive Group: We’ll come together to set clear, actionable goals.
2. Collaborate and Strategize: Identify what you need to achieve your goals and get feedback.
3. Commit and Reward: A small micro-commitment with a reward to keep things interesting and engaging.
I’m limiting this to just 10 participants because, as a therapist, I know the optimal size for a productive group is around this number. We’ll kick off this Sunday, and while it’s not too late to join, space is limited.
