Can Remote Energy Healing really work 🦋

For me, the answer is always, "I will do my best!"

While the saying "Long distance relationships don't work," might be true, Distance-Healing, or Remote Healing, can be very beneficial for those who find themselves feeling panicked and in need of release or answers... or both!

In my experience, a Remote Session can have a profound impact on the Healing Journey. Have you ever felt like you were being watched by something you couldn't see or even worse...followed?? 😨

I happened to be leaving my apartment the other night and felt it right away. I thought to myself, "This is probably the same thing Penny the Cockapoo (my puppy) sees all the time!"

Out of curiosity, I decided to snap some photos as I made my way to the parking garage...JEEZ 😳

I know many of you can relate to this feeling! I hope this sequence of photos helps to capture the moment when a ghost touches your energy. In my experience, most of the time, the ghost just sees your "Light," or lifeforce energy, and thinks you are Heaven! The Soul always wants to "Go to the Light!" (can you guess the movie reference??)

Consistent Grounding & Protection will help keep you connected & protected!! That doesn't mean it will prevent you from having experiences 😬 Some of us are just lucky and have to work a little harder to get through life ❤️💪🫣👻😈

While having my late night debrief with Brooke, I was turning off all the lights and shutting down for the night. I caught a glimpse of my reflection in the mirror...the light from my cell phone lit up my face, and I thought i saw a ghost 😵 But, it was just my face 😅 So, I took a picture to show Brooke what I saw and when I went to send it to her....I saw something in the picture 😳 This might explain why Penny keeps barking at nothing and having accidents inside....I'm too tired to deal with visitors tonight 🥱

Tonight was a Triple Threat 🐈🐈‍⬛🐕

I love it when my girls come out to assist in the healing process. Their love and attention to our clients makes all the difference. I know they are very happy to work with you, and I hope they help to bring you comfort ❤️

Our animals can feel our pain and bring us joy by taking on that negative energy for us. How do I know? Because many of my clients' pets suffer from similar physical issues...arthritis, diabetes, heart issues, lethargy...

How can we prevent them from taking on too much? Make sure that your love for them is equitable and reciprocal. It's not just about taking care of them, but actually caring about them. Love them. Play with them. Give them attention...and let them love you return 🥰

Happy National Crayon Day 🖍

Did you know that National Crayon Day is celebrated on March 31st every year? I thought I would take a moment to honor this day by sharing how crayons have creatively found there way into my healing work, sparking joy for so many people, by providing a unique perspective on the True Colors that exist inside each and every one of us.

Our Soul is comprised of many different colors. Each color represents one chakra. One emotion. One piece of the Soul. When we share our emotions with others, we are sharing our colors with them. We are sharing our Soul. Sharing is caring! 🥰

Some people are very colorful by nature. I'm like that Back-to-School big box of crayons with 96 colors in it, including a few special edition Sparkle crayons. Think of the colors as moods. I have a lot of different moods, or emotions ☺️🤭🤪 Love is what occurs when we connect on an emotional level. I believe that is what makes me good at healing. I can connect with many different people, simply because I have so many emotions that allow me to relate to others and meet them where they are at. And, I have a lot of love to share 🫶❤️🧡💛💚🩵💚💜🫰

When we heal, we are healing the broken pieces of our Soul, or our broken crayons, that we have shared with others. When we evolve, we are expanding our colors by cultivating new likes and interests. When we stay stuck, or stagnant, we are trying to make the best out of the old, worn down crayons that no longer excite us. We become bored and can lose the desire to color at all.

When I work with people, I am working to help them find their True Colors, simply by finding all the broken crayons, removing them, and replacing them with their original colors that are true to their nature 🌈 Some will feel familiar. Some have yet to be discovered!
