Sharing a picture of a watermelon feta salad I made for my lunch.
Recipe-
Watermelon( lazily chopped in big chunks)
Mint( plucked from my wilting herb garden)
Feta cheese( Organic only)
Arugula( organic only, triple washed at the store plus triple washed by yours truly)
All tossed together with pink salt, pepper and some lemon juice.

Enough and more has been talked about exercise and its benefits.
We all know that and I’m not going to promote it.
All I’m going to share with you is that exercise has the power to combat every negative that is going on in your day/ week/ month or life.
Give exercise a try and experience all aspects of your life improve.
I’m claiming this from my personal experience.
So, today I want to urge all of you to show up for yourself!!! Try a 30 minute walk, yoga or strength training whatever works for you and share your thoughts with our community!
