I love juicing !
Juiced a little medicine this morning.
Papaya, apple, lemon, orange, ginger, and turmeric—simple ingredients working like a whole wellness team. Papaya brings enzymes that ease digestion, apples add gut-loving fiber, and the citrus hits the body with a bright wave of vitamin C. Papaya Citrus Glow Juice
Today’s blend for digestion, immunity, and full-body nourishment.
Ingredients:
• 1 whole papaya (peeled + seeded)
• 2 apples
• 2 lemons
• 2 large oranges
• ¾ inch ginger
• ½ inch turmeric
Second Juice Recipe:
Beet Juice
• 3 beets
• 1½ carrots
• 2 apples
• 4 inches fresh ginger
• 2 lemons
• 1 inch fresh turmeric
