There were many experiences that led to my decision to create my own Autism Treatment Center. Since this decision, I have been taking the necessary steps to ensure that the quality of service people receive is the ultimate best as I continue my practice in Applied Behavior Analysis.

All of my research, experience, and education will allow me to build a company where people feel valued and benefit from the cultural differences of practitioners (something that was lacking in many of the businesses I worked for). Many times, I was the only male therapist at the ABA centers I worked and the only person of color. Diversity has always been an issue in this field I have dedicated my life to. This lack of diversity forced me to be under a microscope, constantly being observed by others who hoped I fit the stereotypes they tightly held on to. I was constantly walking on eggshells...

Stay tuned for this week's Instagram Live as I discuss more of my personal story and the reasons that encouraged me to create a company of my own. I will also talk more about my strategic plan for my new business.

We are almost two months away from my unregrettable decision to start my own company. I cannot wait to get my business off the ground, but I know I cannot do it without your help! With my new company, I plan to offer Early Intervention ABA Therapy, Preschool/Transition Care, Autism Consulting, and Clinical Supervision in an effort to aid minorities interested in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis). Specifically, my company will target underprivileged communities, providing them with a vast amount of opportunities. I'd love for you to be part of my new endeavors.
