I'd like to share a useful tip with everyone. These small wax-lined paper cups are great for creating mini ice packs to treat injuries. Fill a couple of inches, freeze, and when needed, remove from the freezer, tear off the top, and gently rub the affected area in circular motions. Ice may not be the most pleasant treatment, but it provides numerous benefits. Be sure to limit application to 15-20 minutes maximum. These small ice cups are remarkably simple and convenient to use. I prepared some for my daughter to use after her soccer game today.
