Modesto Medina received his Physician Associate education at Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, Texas while serving the U.S. Upon completing 22 years of active military service, he then practiced General Medicine in Port Lavaca, Texas from 1995-1998. He also practiced Emergency Medicine at the Palacios Hospital Emergency Room, in Palacios Texas for nearly six months. He moved to Houston in 1999 to serve thousands of people in the field of Bariatrics (Weight management) where he exceled by establishing several Weight Management Centers throughout the state of Texas. He is currently the founder and CEO for the Texas Weight Management Center in Killeen and Temple, Texas and for the Testosterone and Weight Loss Center, ion Houston, Texas. He is presently doing extensive research in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) and in Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP). He has successfully treated many patients in the field of Sports Medicine, to include NFL players.
