I am delighted to say that I had an opportunity to participate in the few IDY events across the Houston.
Invocation to affirmations, chair yoga to kids yoga, met few great people and learned new techniques of pranayama from workshop.
Mostly I am happy to say that I happen to visit and participate in an IDY at Eternal Mahatma Gandhi Museum.

Feeling all blessed and humbled.

I am delighted to say that I had an opportunity to participate in the few IDY events across the Houston.

My passion has been teaching yoga for many years. Currently I am teaching yoga for patients, and for kids. These pics are from Kids yoga day celebrated at Montessori.

I come across many students and patients( all ages and sizes).
Some of them thank me then and there. Some will write me a letter, some will take time to sit and talk with their family and share their thoughts and practice regimen with me.
Some students go to next level to give back what they have received.

Extra time, extra attention, and extra effort.
