I started this journey to create a meditation album about 4 years ago with … We recorded live instruments, had come through with the bowls, drums — the whole experience. I wanted it to be perfect. But along the way, I struggled with finding my style and learning how to truly convey my vibe through meditation.

Today, I sit in the readiness of preparation and trust in MY voice.

I’m deeply grateful to everyone who helped shape this vision and bring this soulful meditation to life. And I truly couldn’t have asked for a better composing experience with … he saw the vision — or should I say, heard the sound — and together, we made magic.

I hope y’all can feel that love, intention, and healing in this 3-part meditation experience I call:

Idk how yall do it but I know a few spiritual aunties can relate. Resetting your nervous system should be done the way YOUR spirit sees fit! Don’t let know body tell you how to heal. Listen to your body!
