Did you know that fitness and creativity are positively linked, with studies showing that regular exercise can enhance creative thinking? 💭

Last month, during one of our fitness classes, one of our residents had a brilliantly creative idea 💡 and that is we all need to have a Bloody Mary!

So… we took that idea and ran with it! 🏃‍♂️ Join us tomorrow at 2pm in the Reflections Studio as we embark on our journey into making Bloody Mary mix! So stay active, who knows what creative ideas come to you!
