250 of Houston's finest celebrated the induction of the 21st class of The Social Book's Houston Treasures honorees at a four-course dinner underwritten by Doc's Houston Jazz Club, occupying the former space of the historic Tower Theatre. It was a night to remember! The "Doc" was definitely in the House!

The Social Book unveiled 12 Houston individuals and couples as Houston Treasures at the newly renovated Doc’s Houston Jazz Club in Montrose.

A Night to Remember-Doc's Houston Jazz Club hosted The Social Book's 2026 Houston Treasures Awards Gala for a very happy crowd of 250 guests. The multi-level venue welcomed Houston's finest for an evening of 5-star cuisine, entertainment from Doc's celebrated 12-piece jazz band performing Holiday Jazz Standards, induction of 12 worthy honorees into the 21st class of Houston Treasures and two more wonderful Legendary Treasures. Congratulations to all the presented honorees, and gratitude is given to the past honorees, sponsors, and those who showed their love for the honorees by gifting them. Lone Star Flight Museum held its annual Jet Setters Ball. This year's Destination: Paris! More than 500 guests helped raise over $700,000 to continue the Museum's efforts. Congratulations to all!

Over 800 guests helped Barbara Bush Houston Literacy Foundation's Ladies for Literacy Guild raised $775,000 with the support of chairs Sidney Faust and Betty Hrncir, sponsors and attendees. Actor and author Tom Selleck was the keynote speaker and interviewed on stage by media personality Linda Lorelle. Congratulations to all involved!

Citizens for Animal Protection held its 39th annual gala, titled "Studio 39," and with the support of chairpersons Angela Hernandez and Kamisha Mickey, the honorees, sponsors, and supporters, raised $1.1 million to help our city's animals in need. Congratulations to all!

Houston Hospice celebrated its 27th Annual Community Spirit Award Dinner and raised over $230,000 to continue its remarkable legacy. Congratulations to all involved.

Houston Hospice's 27th Community Spirit Award was celebrated, with over 200 guests contributing to a total of $230,000 raised for the organization.
