If you love Shawarma...you have try homemade. DIY and be amazed. I promise you cannot regret it. I love this recipe. If you have the time on your hands, feel free to marinate for 6 hours-overnight. So yummy. I did a quick marinade. Super filling for dinner, and lunch. Sometimes the simplest ingredients can create the greatest plate. Enjoy.

As you of you may be able to tell, I love creative cooking. I was too excited about this recipe. I love traditional pesto, but this pistachio mint pesto is incredible - plus pistachio's are some of the best nuts for anti-inflammatory and disease prevention! Adding the grilled halloumi to this dish is nearly just as great as the lamb chops themselves. Try out this dish, and enjoy.

One of the most rememberable Spanish dishes you'll ever have. The only spanish tortilla you'll ever have that doesn't contain...a tortilla? - the infamous Spanish omelette. It doesn't get tastier and more simple than this. And it's low-carb too! If you're looking for something different in the kitchen to try - this is your recipe. I love a spanish tortilla for breakfast, lunch of a filing snack. They are so good. Best served with salsa or romesco. I made my tortilla with chorizo for more protein, but definitely optional. Enjoy.
