Are you ready for early morning aerial yoga? We start classes Monday, September 8th! Forget Manic Monday, this will be Magic Monday when you start it with aerial asana and a few inversions 🙃

Classes are $20 each and will *not* be available on a monthly membership due to my travel schedule. Packages with multi-class savings will be available soon!

Aerial classes will be $20 single class rate or 5/$90. They will not be part of current Mat class pricing plans. We will have a max of 4 per class so all spots should be booked in advance!

I completed Aerial Yoga Certification this weekend at the stunning The Groovy Yoga Studio in Burleson, TX. Classes start in September and we’ll be hosting an open house so you can come check out the set up and sign up for your first class. More details to come!
