But my biggest secret is this…

Hey! I’m Taylor 🙋🏻‍♀️ former elite/collegiate gymnast turned Registered Dietitian for gymnasts

Micronutrients (vitamins, minerals, amino acids, etc.) are THE MOST overlooked part of your gymnast’s nutrition…

Your gymnast is a “good eater” but she could still be having a few symptoms of not eating enough (recurring headaches, injuries, soreness, or sickness; low energy; starving post-gym or not hungry at all the whole day, poor sleep, extra moody after gym, slow recovery, etc.)

And it could be because she’s lacking ESSENTIAL micronutrients for her body to perform its absolute BEST.

That’s why I designed my Next Level Nutrition program to include intracellular micronutrient testing - it’s often THE missing piece to everyone’s puzzle.

My programs are an investment, which is why I limit my spots.

But new month means new openings! And I have 3 more spots ready to be filled.

Your gymnast is not “just tired from gymnastics.”

Her body is working overtime with half the fuel it needs - and it’s showing up as heavy legs, recurring headaches, all the naps, and constant nagging pains.

And the girl who used to light up at practice… is now just trying to survive it.

I was that gymnast. Trained through elite. Full ride to a D1 school. And I was running on empty almost the entire time. It made the journey not as fun as it should’ve been.

But that’s why I do what I do now. I’ve taken gymnasts from performance plateaus to skyrocketing their success all the way to kids on the verge of burnout to full scholarships.

Inside my signature Next Level Nutrition program, I test 55+ micronutrients to find exactly what’s depleted in your gymnast. Then I build a realistic fueling plan around HERS AND YOUR life — school, car, gym, homework, repeat.

No calorie counting. No food rules. No numbers on a scale.

Just a gymnast who finally has what her body’s been asking for and a parent who can feel confident in how to help her on a new, extremely important level.

Most families who invested tell me they already see a difference in 2-3 weeks. More energy. Less moody. Increased confidence. A kid who doesn’t collapse into the car begging for dinner.

If you’re tired of guessing and ready for answers…

I used to skip breakfast as an optional gymnast and as an elite gymnast...

I thought it would make me feel lighter in my gymnastics...

EL OH EL - it literally did the opposite 🙃 but I didn’t know that then.

Breakfast is truly the most important meal of your gymnast’s day.

And I know it can be a struggle to get in a solid breakfast that early in the morning... literally 9/10 clients of mine came to me with breakfast struggles

So I decided to poll a bunch of gymnasts and gym moms and made an awesome quickie breakfast book specifically for gymnasts!

Everything is under 5 min to prepare, balanced, and delishhh

Comment QUICK to get 3 of the breakfasts from my book for free today 🤸🏻‍♀️🍏💕

Here’s the deal. The generic nutrition advice I see for gymnasts does NOT work for the majority.

I will never waste your time (or mine) teaching cookie-cutter advice.

Let’s just agree that you want to KNOW you’re making the RIGHT MOVES and not the “maybe this could work for my gymnast moves”

Yeah??

Ok let’s get to it. My signature Next Level Nutrition program is how.

You can’t see results if you never invest in taking action.

Fine tune her nutrition with a custom plan, and her health and gymnastics will improve.

And I teach all my clients how to do this EASILY and REALISTICALLY 🤸🏻‍♀️🍏💕

Comment “NEXT LEVEL” to have a chat with me in the DMs and see if you and your gymnast are a good fit.

Let’s make 2026 the year you helped skyrocket your gymnast’s health and performance.

Okay hear me out..

“Fat” has such a negative connotation to it…

Having fat is GOOD. Having fat is NORMAL. But having too much of anything, like too much fat, could lead to negative consequences in health/performance.

That was the kind of “fat” I thought I was in college - I thought I had too much…

Like many gymnasts, I looked in the mirror every morning, looked at my stomach and checked for abs, then turned to the side and see how big or small I was. Then the negative self talk would begin, and I’d call myself fat.

It wasn’t until I had my first ever bodpod (body composition test) in college where I realized that my body was ~16% body fat.

For those who don’t know, that’s a body composition level of an elite athlete, and is one percent higher from being determined “underweight” in the eyes of body composition scoring.

Now seeing that number did give me some negative thoughts not going to lie, but only bc I didn’t really understand it yet.

Once I did, I realized I had nowhere near as much fat as I thought I had.

No, I’m not recommending gymnasts to get a body comp test right this second, but I want you to use this as a reference and reminder that just bc you may feel you look a certain way, it doesn’t always mean you are that way.

I had so many negative thoughts about my body image growing up as a gymnast, and I wish I had known what I know now so that I could’ve enjoyed my childhood and sport just a lil more.

I wish I hadn’t worried so much about how I looked and paid more attention to how well I was performing or not. Because THAT is what is important in the sport of gymnastics.

If you’re a gymnast parent or gymnast who has struggled or is struggling with body image or your food relationship… you are not alone

And I promise you there’s light on the other side 🤸🏻‍♀️🍏💕
