Congratulations to my beautiful twin family 🫶🏿

This family has a successful VBAC (vaginal birth after a cesarean) with twins and is SO blessed to have birthed a beautiful baby girl and a handsome baby boy.
kyofuani did all the labor prep, stretching, affirmations, herbs and look at what her body has wonderful created. Proud is an understatement!

The twins have both gained 1 pound in the past week off of their mama’s milk alone. Both babies are being exclusively breastfed and that makes my heart SO full 🤎

Yesterday’s birth was a long one, but so beautiful at the end and made me shed some tears. Love to put baby’s foot prints in the book I wrote 💙 ‘Our Home Birth With A Midwife’ is the first book published in the U.S. that features a black family having a homebirth - with a Black Midwife! I wrote this a few years ago while in midwifery school, when I seen that there were so many books that featured White families, but not my people.

It’s that time again! Doula training will be held over at the farm in March 2026. Payment plans are starting now but there is LIMITED tickets for in person!

Virtual tickets are open as well - the virtual option is LIVE and you receive recordings, presentations, and recaps.

All students are added to our support group which is always active and supportive.

This is a *Full Spectrum* holistic centered doula training. Every year - I add on new topics, new research, & new methods. There is a lot in store for this upcoming training!

For those just finding out you’re pregnant- you’re likely due in March! will be hosting another Doula Training in that month, so I’m only taking 1-2 people max.

Be sure to book consultations with your potential Midwives as we have a limit on how many birth we support a month (which is typically a 4-6 in most cases)

The toilet is often called that, but it’s also a good tool to use for decent (baby making their way down).

Often times we shoot for water births but some folks need a more intense feeling of pressure to get them to the next stage and this is a great way to do it!
