⚡Stiffness is not inevitable!

🤸Our bodies adapt to how we use them, or don't use them.

Planks not cutting it? Try this dynamic move that will challenge you and actually prevent injury on the slopes!

✅Start with a low weight, even a water bottle can work.

✅You don't have to go lower than knee height if you have pain or poor balance.

✅Start with one set of ten each side then build up to 3 sets of 10.

✅Go slow and controlled and don't let go of your core.

✅For best results do this in front of a mirror to see your form and if you are leaning to one side.

👊The best part is you are getting two things done at once-core and lower body!

👊Add this to your strength training workouts or even after a run or yoga.

It's not about reaching the mountaintop in one giant leap. It's about knowing that getting there takes multiple steps, but we do it one by one, always keeping your goal in mind. 🚶

Many of our patients come to us for injury prevention, better sports performance, to rediscover the joy of movement, or because they tried other "PT" but didn't help.
