✨ Please join me in congratulating Jenni on nine incredible years with Behavior TLC! ✨

From her early years supporting our Cypress clinic, to about 3 ½—almost 4—years ago when she partnered with me to help found and grow our in-home program, Jenni has been an essential part of our success every step of the way. Her vision, dedication, and commitment have been instrumental in shaping these programs into what they are today.

What truly sets Jenni apart is the heart and soul she pours into everything she does. She has made an immeasurable impact on our clients and their families, and her work continues to ripple out in ways we couldn’t begin to measure.

We simply couldn’t do it without her, and we are beyond grateful for the passion and energy she brings every single day. 💙

Please join me in congratulating Tara, our incredible Northeast Pod BCBA, on her one-year anniversary with BTLC!

Tara has been instrumental to the success of our in-home program. She is inventive in her treatment planning, deeply dedicated to her clients, and especially skilled in parent training—helping families continue treatment and support their children’s growth even outside of sessions.

We wanted to give a big shout out to all the amazing family members who joined us for our BTLC Grandparents and Special Persons event today! The kids did such a fantastic job and had an absolute blast!

A huge thank you to our incredible staff — both BCBAs and RBTs — for all the hard work you put in to make this event such a success. You are the heart of what we do, and we couldn’t have done it without you!

I truly enjoyed meeting everyone who was able to attend and am excited for even more fun and connection at our future events in the coming months!

Okay okay — we’re a little late (oops 😅), but the celebration is just as BIG!
Last week marked ONE FULL YEAR of Bri being part of the BTLC family — and what an incredible year it’s been!
Bri has been an integral force behind the success of our in-home program 💪. As a Lead Technician, she has personally trained almost every single staff member in her pod and continues to go above and beyond supporting her BCBA with clients, assignments, and daily excellence.
She brings strong clinical skills, next-level dedication, and some truly awesome ideas that have helped shape client progress across the board. Her insight and follow-through make her a leader we can all count on. 🙌
We are so lucky to have her — and even more excited to cheer her on as she begins her journey toward becoming a BCBA herself! 🌟📚

🎉🎉 CELEBRATION TIME — HECTOR HITS 2 YEARS WITH BTLC!! 🎉🎉
Let’s give a MASSIVE shoutout to Hector , who is officially celebrating TWO YEARS with Behavior TLC!!
For the past two years, Hector has been a rock-solid part of our in-home program as an LTA in the South Pod — but let’s be honest, he’s done it ALL! From clinic to Connections, Hector has stepped in whenever and wherever we’ve needed him, without hesitation.
His consistency, dedication, and flexibility are unmatched. No matter the client, location, or how much prep time he’s had — Hector shows up with a great attitude, ready to jump in and make a difference. He’s the kind of teammate who makes BTLC stronger just by being here. 💪
Hector is truly a staple in the BTLC family, and while we’re definitely sad to lose him for two days a week as he shifts to part-time this August, we are so proud of him for pursuing his career goals in counseling. 💼🎓💙
We can’t wait to see all the amazing things ahead for you, Hector — and we’re so glad we still get to have you with us on this journey.
