💕We breathed, we moved, we meditated, we drummed .

💕The drum was a new experience for many of us. Drumming can improve focus; it can help lower blood pressure and anxiety.

💕We used the energy of the moon to manifest clear intentions while we released negativity and stuck energy.

This was my first class since Hurricane Beryl. Yogis were happy to connect and hold space for each other. Lots of sharing, love and friendship.

Sound healing is so much more than the ability to play a singing bowl or a gong.

My bear drum personifies power and protection Bear is a powerful ally, bringing strength, courage, wisdom, and compassion.

My buffalo drum represents manifesting abundance through right action. The buffalo represents widson and abundance , endurance and strength

I am super thrilled for the upcoming in person training in September. 💕🧘🏾‍♀️❤️
