Some stories are bigger than the game.

Athletes don’t just play for stats or headlines—they carry their families, their neighborhoods, and generations that came before them. Their grind becomes a prayer answered, their victory a voice for those who never got to speak.

Monty’s story isn’t just about chasing a dream—it’s about living one our ancestors prayed for. It’s proof that purpose runs deeper than talent.

Because when you rise, your whole community rises with you.

Surprised my bro at the Lions vs. Ravens game! 🏈 Thank you, Ravens! I’m proud to support the Caws for Celebration initiative by the Ravens Foundation, Inc., which is committed to improving, encouraging, and enabling the healthy development of youth in Maryland. Through annual programs, the Foundation provides both financial and volunteer support to many Baltimore-area nonprofits and individual community leaders. Grateful to witness great football and even greater community impact! 🩶💙🤍

Exercise is more than just a physical workout; it’s a powerful tool for boosting your mental health. As athletes, you already know the importance of staying in peak physical condition, but let’s talk about what exercise does for your mind.

Regular physical activity releases endorphins - your brain’s natural mood elevators. It reduces stress, sharpens focus, and enhances your overall mental resilience. When you train your body, you’re also training your mind to handle the pressures of competition and life.

So, remember, every time you hit the gym, the field, or the track, you’re not just building muscles - you’re building mental strength. Keep pushing, stay balanced, and make your mental health a priority. 🧠💪🏾

⚠️Power outages in Houston and surrounding areas have left many relying on generators. While I'm praying for the swift restoration of power for all, it's crucial to be aware of the mental health risks and signs of carbon monoxide poisoning.

Key Points to Remember:

1. Never use a generator inside your home or business. Ensure it's placed outside, away from windows and doors.

2. Do not plug the generator into an extension cord; use only the cords recommended by the manufacturer.

3. Be vigilant for symptoms such as 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗹𝗼𝘀𝘀, 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀, 𝗱𝗶𝘇𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀. These can be indicators of carbon monoxide poisoning.

4. If you notice any changes in your mental or physical state, stop using the generator and seek immediate medical help.

5. Call 911 immediately if you suspect carbon monoxide poisoning. They can provide immediate assistance and dispatch emergency responders.

👨‍👩‍👦 Check in on family and friends, especially those who might be using generators. Let's continue to pray for everyone's safety and the swift return of power. ❤️
