HRT is not a 4 letter word!

Using hormone replacement therapy to control your symptoms of menopause, such as hot flashes, etc., or to protect your health can be a VERY important & acceptable thing.

If you're curious or considering,

Here's what you should not do... Do not be afraid of this option.

Here's what you should do...Research the heck out of all of it.

There is a lot of information out there - You might find that some of it is skewed and some of it is inconsistent, so be diligent and thorough in your research.

When armed with information, proactively partner with your care provider. Become a team that is discussing your plan of action and making informed choices.

If you are considering HRT, investigate bioidentical or more natural options. These can be just as effective, while reducing risks that might come along with more conventional drugs.

Your quality of life matters. Find tools that will help with that quality.
