Today, Lucky (therapy dog in training) worked on ignoring toys with balls, particularly when balls bounced and got loose and rolled around! He’s doing so great! Cy-Fair Speech cannot wait until Lucky joins our practice as a canine provider for animal assisted therapy sessions!

Cy-Fair Speech hears parents when they say “I have concerns with my child’s reading skills.” A thorough phonological screener is then provided and additional goals for improving their child’s phonological awareness skills are added to their current Plan of Care. Recently found this game and have been using it in sessions targeting sound segmentation and blending. The child’s improvements with reading CVC words is incredible!!!
