After the research I just completed, I will say this, if you have ever felt discriminated against for any reason, you should share your experience and be in tune with how you feel emotionally. You should advocate for yourself and others who have been marginalized or made to feel less than because of what a white man told them.
Some of us carry internalized hatred towards ourselves and act it out without even realizing it. What they didn’t tell you is that at a certain point the bully/oppressor doesn’t have to do it anymore.
All this self-love and self-care, and awareness you see people posting about, is because we have recognized the patterns of behaviors that have held us down and are actively combating it through awareness, acceptance, positive affirmations, and manifesting.
My hope is that we collectively grow more emotionally aware and intelligent.
I love you all unconditionally and f**k a bitch that stands against you receiving it. 😘
