The holidays can be magical, but they can also be overwhelming when you're managing symptoms, food restrictions, or low energy.

You’re not alone, and you don’t have to push yourself past your limits to “keep up.”

Here are a few gentle reminders for staying true to what your body needs:

💜 Do:
• Set clear boundaries before you go
• Eat beforehand if you’re unsure about safe food options
• Bring a dish that works for your body
• Take breaks when you need them — rest is not rude
• Have an exit plan (and use it guilt-free)

💜 Don’t:
• Feel pressured to explain your health to everyone
• Push through pain or fatigue “for the vibe”
• Let comments about food, energy, or symptoms get under your skin
• Ignore your body’s early warning signs
• Compare your capacity to others’

Your health comes first, and the people meant for you will understand.
Give yourself permission to choose what nourishes you and say no to what doesn’t.
