Good news for me, bad news for all of my amazing patients.

First Steps Family Chiropractic is closing so I can stay home with my boys. This was not an easy decision to make, but it is what I feel is right for my family at this time. I know I cannot get this time back with my babies and want to soak up every moment.

I have loved being part of each of your health journeys and getting to know all of your families. All of you are what make it hard to say goodbye to my practice. Thank you for trusting me with your care over the past 3 years.

With that being said, the last day I will be in the office is December 12, 2024. If you need notes or Superbills please reach out!

Thank you for a great 3 years! I will miss you all!

Next week I will be closed Thursday 10/17, but will be in the office Monday 10/14 2-5:30!

Next week! I will have different hours so if you've been needing a Wednesday appointment take advantage! Normal hours will resume the following week.

Open Wednesday the 21st 2-5:30 and closed Thursday. You cannot make appointments online for Wednesday so feel free to text or call 832-943-4778

Baby adjustments look a lot different than adult adjustments.

Did you know the pressure used in a baby adjustment is no more than what you would use to check the ripeness of an avocado?

Did you also know that adjustments have been seen to help with digestion, reflux, sleep, and chronic ear infections? This is due to balancing out the nervous system so your baby can thrive with any challenge that comes their way!

Who was on your prenatal team?

I am so grateful to have been adjusted prior to pregnancy, during pregnancy and postpartum. I truly believe this helped me have an incredibly smooth twin pregnancy, delivery, and has helped in the recovery process.
