โ๐ฅ STICKY ASIAN MEAT BITES ๐ฅข
โ๐ Ingredients:
โ๐ฅฉ 500g Meat (Chicken cubes or Beef strips - as a Halal alternative)
โ๐ง 1 tsp Garlic Powder
โ๐ง
1 tsp Onion Powder
โ๐ถ๏ธ 1 tsp Chili Powder
โ๐ง Salt to taste
โ๐ฑ Green Onions & Sesame seeds (For garnish)
โ๐ฅฃ For the Sticky Sauce:
โ๐ถ๏ธ 1 tbsp Korean Chili Paste (Gochujang)
โ๐ซ 2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
โ๐ฏ 2 tbsp Honey
โ๐พ 1 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar (or regular white vinegar)
โ๐ง 1 tsp Garlic & Ginger (Minced)
โ๐พ 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
โ๐ง 2 tbsp Water
โ๐ฉโ๐ณ Instructions:
โ๐ฅฃ In a bowl, marinate your meat cubes with garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and salt. Mix it well.
โ๐ฅข In a separate small bowl, whisk together all the sauce ingredients (Korean chili paste, dark soy sauce, honey, vinegar, sesame seeds, ginger, garlic, and water) until smooth.
โ๐ณ Heat a little oil in a pan and cook the marinated meat on medium-high heat for about 5 minutes on each side until it becomes golden brown and slightly crispy.
โ๐ซ Pour the prepared sticky sauce directly into the pan over the cooked meat.
โ๐ฅ Toss and stir everything on low heat for 1-2 minutes until the sauce bubbles up and beautifully coats every single piece.
โ๐ฝ๏ธ Serve hot over a bed of fluffy steamed rice, garnish with fresh green onions and sesame seeds, and dig in! ๐โจ
