For so long, I didn’t realize I was walking in the footsteps of the women before me… until now.

What I thought were just my ways...the rituals, prayers, baths, workings, protection, healing...were really me carrying on the medicine of my ancestors without even naming it.

And now, I’m being called to name it and acknowledge it publicly.

I am a Root Worker. I am a Conjure Woman.

The Master Shamanic Priestess aspect of me is the initiated part...the part forged through fires, sacred rites, and spiritual warfare since I was a child. I’ve even navigated death itself.

In 2020, I experienced a near-death experience. I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis and was told I would be on medication for the rest of my life. In that moment, I rebuked that. I called my power back. I healed myself using shamanic indigenous medicine, ancestral wisdom and rootwork.

I’ve overcome the impossible, and I give all praise to myself, the Most High Source, my ancestors who came before me, and my full spiritual team who still ride with me.

For about 13 years now, I’ve been actively working with women, offering spiritual wellness, holistic healing, and ancestral medicine. One integral part of my work is Womb Reiki, because the power of a woman lies within her womb. This sacred space is the portal of creation, where life itself begins, and it often holds stagnant energy, generational patterns, and unprocessed emotions. Through Womb Reiki, I help women release what no longer serves them, reclaim their creative power, and reconnect with their deepest life force.

I just want to take a moment to thank every single one of you who joined us for A Night With the Ancestors during this New Moon portal. The energy was nothing short of powerful, intimate, and deeply sacred.

I went fishing with my 13-year-old son yesterday.

Usually, he goes with his dad, but this time I told him I’d take him.

It’s been a while since I’ve been out there myself. The last time was with my husband, kayak fishing (whewww, that’s a whole other story 😂).

But yesterday… it was just me and my boy, out on the water.

And even though we didn’t catch a single fish, I couldn’t stop thinking about what he is catching in the process:

✅ Patience
✅ Persistence
✅ Adaptability
✅ Quiet presence
✅ And maybe most importantly… the value of trying again.

He wants to go every day until he finally catches something.

And I love that about him!

He’s not discouraged, he’s curious and he’s learning to be flexible.

He’s learning to adjust, to keep going, to try a new approach.

He’s already talking about trying a new fishing hole.

And I realized… THIS is the real legacy work.
THIS is the generational wealth that isn’t always talked about.

It’s not just about passing down a business, money, or land. It’s about the seeds we plant in our children, especially when we’re just spending time, being present together.

The wealth of wisdom.
The quiet teachings.
The seeds we sow in stillness.

It’s in these small, sacred moments that the bigger lessons and values get passed down to maintain and multiply the more "tangible" weath.

I even told him how our ancestors had to do this.

They didn’t have grocery stores on every corner.
If they wanted fish for dinner, they had to go out and catch it.

This was part of how they provided, how they survived, how they passed down knowledge.

Fishing didn’t give us a catch yesterday…
But it definitely gave us connection on so many different levels.

And for that, I’m deeply grateful.
