Our brand new space-themed pediatric facility offers Speech, Feeding, Occupational, and Physical therapy. We built our clinic with love from the ground up and every detail has been thought out to empower children to interact with their community. Our clinic is unique as we focus on playful, valuable, and individualized child-led learning experiences. We have a young team of therapists who are up to date on best practice to help all children thrive.

Say hello to Madison Mitchell OTD, OTR one of the newest additions to our Launch crew! ✨

Originally from Louisiana, she earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette before moving to Texas to complete her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy at Texas Woman’s University in Houston. She quickly fell in love with Texas and now proudly calls it home. While she has worked with a wide range of diagnoses in her clinical experiences, her true passion lies in pediatrics, finding deep inspiration in the resilience and growth of children. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, visiting local coffee shops, practicing yoga, and spending time outdoors with her dog, Phoebe. She’s excited to be part of the team at Launch and looks forward to helping children reach their full potential. 🚀🌟

In today’s session, our speech and occupational therapists teamed up during this co-treat to help this little one work on communication, sensory regulation, and motor planning—all while having a blast in the ball pit! 🌈 Activities like this support speech development by encouraging vocalization, turn-taking, and social interaction, while also building core strength, coordination, and sensory integration. Our little builder was on a roll today with DUPLO blocks, practicing core speech and OT goals without even realizing it. From labeling animals to taking turns and requesting colors, this session was packed with play-based progress!

🚀 Meet Hannah K! 💫

Today we’re celebrating the birthday of our newest speech language pathologist, affectionately known in the office as HANK (because yes, we have two Hannahs and needed to avoid total confusion 😅).

Hannah brings 6 years of experience, a heart for working with children, and a love of all things language, learning, and needlepoint! She’s passionate about supporting children with speech and language delays, AAC, stuttering, and social communication, especially those on the autism spectrum. Her creativity and calm energy are already making Launch even brighter. 🌟

When she’s not in therapy sessions, you’ll find her tending to her plants, curled up with a good book, or on the mat for yoga or Pilates. 📚🧘‍♀️🪴

Physical therapy focuses on building strength, balance, coordination, and postural control helping kids move through their world with confidence. Occupational therapy hones in on fine motor skills, sensory processing, and the ability to complete daily activities with independence.
