An extra special class theme on Tuesday -- Halloween! Join us for a kids yoga class (ages 2-5), and let them dress up in their Halloween costumes. We'll have a great time doing yoga poses, singing songs, and reading a story about Halloween and big feelings.

This fall we’re moving, playing, and stretching with themes your kids will LOVE—plus, they get to dress up each week:

🦸 Superhero Yoga (capes encouraged!)
🐒 Zoo Animal Yoga (roar, stomp, crawl like your favorite!)
🎃 Halloween Costume Yoga (come in costume!)

Designed for ages 2–5, these playful 30-min classes help toddlers:

✔️ Practice calming breaths
✔️ Manage BIG feelings
✔️ Build confidence + coordination

Summer is here, and we have Kids Yoga classes for you! Join us in June at Lochwood Library for sessions with yoga poses, songs, emotional coping skills like breathing practices, and stories about big feelings. We can't wait to see you there!
