Happy Holidays!
Though the holiday season can be loads of fun, it can also be stressful and emotional as we miss loved ones that are no longer with us or simply having the financial strain of everything Christmas. Cleaning and having family in town is wonderful, but it is ok to get down and anxious around this time of year, as long as you don't stay there.
If you are not emotionally at your best, remember:
• Acknowledge your feeling
• Be around people that make you smile
• Allow change
• Nothing has to be perfect
• Plan ahead
• Give grace
• Get outside
• Don't completely ditch your diet...
• Seek help when needed
• BREATH
