I know RDA Appreciation Week was last week, but it didn't feel right celebrating without both of our amazing assistants in the office.

We are so happy to have Constance back after her maternity leave. She has been so missed, and even though its only been an hour it’s AMAZING having her back with the team. Her positivity, hard work, and willingness to jump in wherever she’s needed make such a difference!

And Tiffany is always such an important part of our team as well. Her dedication, kindness, and the way she takes care of our patients and helps keep everything running smoothly never go unnoticed.

We truly appreciate everything these two do for our office and our patients. We are lucky to have you both and we love y'all SO much!

Today is one of those moments where business and family come together in the best possible way.

Our Practice is incredibly proud to sponsor these kids’ BMX team this season. Watching them line up at the gate, helmets on, hearts pounding, ready to race — there’s nothing like it. BMX teaches them discipline, resilience, courage, and how to get back up after every fall. Those are lessons that go far beyond the track.

To be able to support not just our own kids, but their teammates and this entire BMX community, means more to us than we can put into words. This team is about hard work, sportsmanship, and pushing limits — values we believe in both at home and in our business.

Seeing our Practice name on their jerseys isn’t about advertising. It’s about investing in their passion, their friendships, and their growth. It’s about showing them that we believe in what they’re building — on and off the track.
